This is such a great company. Professional, knowledgeable and caring employees who actually take the time to discuss options with you and give practical advice. While there, someone called for service on a 2023 vehicle. The service guy recommended they take advantage of their manufacturer warranty which would cost them nothing for any needed repair. He could have just told them the bring the car in, fixed it and made the money themselves. Instead, he did what was best for his customer. THAT will earn my business permanently. Ethics matter and this shows boatloads. My repair was $25 and I was on my way. Can’t say enough about Norms!

I called and got an appointment for new tires. When I checked in i explained to them that the spare tire in the back was the shredded tire I had to change. The front driver side tire is the tire I wanted to use as the spare since I was getting a whole new set. After the tires were changed they explained to me that I needed some front end repairs before they could do the alignment. Ok, so before leaving I looked everything over and noticed they didnt change the shredded tire mounted underneath. so, someone didnt read the work order correctly and took a little longer to fix their mistake.. Total time spent in the lobby was about two and half hrs. All and all, despite the hiccup, I was happy with the tires.

Unbelievable service. And the guys that work in back....I literally and and figuratively trust them with my life. At 70mph pulling a toad...you want confidence in your front tire. They gave is that and more. I wish I was Norm. I will drive back from Minnesota to put wheels on our ride....for real...Burgundy or tan/brown? The jeep was just there....not mine...just a, we'll, it's just a jeep thing! 😅🤣😂🤣😅
